Eligibilty
Starting in the Northwest intersect of Huetter Rd. and Prairie Ave. and moving clockwise.
Going East on Prairie Ave. to intersect and Atlas Rd. Then move south along Atlas Rd. until you hit to point equal to Wilbur Ave. at intersection of Government Way and Wilbur Ave. Everything south and west is considered CDALL.
At point mentioned above at Atlas Road, move east to intersect to Ramsey Road. From this point at intersect move north along Ramsey Rd. to Prairie Ave. Everything south and east is considered CDALL.
From intersect at Ramsey Rd. and Prairie Ave. progress east until intersect at Gov’t Way. Everything south is considered CDALL. On Gov’t Way, proceed south until you reach intersect with Dalton Ave. Everything west is considered CDALL.
From intersect at Gov’t Way and Dalton Ave, move east along Dalton Ave. until you reach point equal to Huckleberry Mountain. From that point move directly south to Elk Mtn. peak, then onto Red Horse Mtn. peak. Everything south and west is considered CDALL.
Drawing a line west, from Red Horse Mtn. peak to Carlin Bay, then on to Loff’s Bay, continuing to intersect at S. Weller Road Junction. Everything north is considered CDALL.
Drawing a line north, from S. Weller Junction to intersect Mica Peak, then Blossom Mountain, then east to intersection of Greensferry Road and Ridge Line Lane. Everything east and south is considered CDALL.
Move north along Greensferry Road until you hit center line of Spokane River, proceed upriver towards Coeur d’ Alene until you intersect at point on river equal to Huetter Rd. Everything east of Greensferry and south of centerline of Spokane River is considered CDALL.
Move north along Huetter Rd. until you intersect Prairie Ave. Everything east is considered CDALL.
